ProfileHub is a platform that allows users to create a unified profile page ("bento card") displaying their statistics and activity from various third-party platforms, including but not limited to GitHub and Steam.

3. User Accounts

To use ProfileHub, you must authenticate using supported third-party services (like Discord). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your linked accounts. ProfileHub cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

4. Third-Party Integrations

Our service relies on APIs provided by third parties (GitHub, Steam, Discord). By using ProfileHub, you acknowledge that:

  • We do not control these third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or content.
  • Your use of these services through ProfileHub is subject to their respective Terms of Service and Privacy Policies.
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any third-party integration at any time.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use ProfileHub to:

  • Violate any local, state, national, or international law.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers or networks connected to the service.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the service or any other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the service.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall ProfileHub, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
